paddle boarding, crossfit, roadbiking etc.
So fit guys run Ragnars with them play intramural soccer, dodgeball, kickball, ultimate frisbee, volleyball, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking.
Partner dancers date each other. Swing, salsa, tango, blues.
Musicians marry other musicians, singers, pianists. guitarists, etc.
Doctors marry nurses etc. Teachers marry teachers
Volunteers find it attractive to date other volunteers, Lion's Club, Rotary, Habitat.
