Insanity
The definition of insanity, doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. We HAVE to do something. (I speak as if i get to make the decision).
Even mediocre is better than than the crap fest we have now. I was afraid this would happen when Kalani was hired. I saw nothing on his resume that indicated he would be successful. And then he brought on his "buddies" who were crappy before they got here. Roderick was a disaster and still is. Tuiaki, what did he do? Two OC's without any OC experience?
Each bad season we have makes the recovery time that much longer. If we think recruiting is bad now, just wait a few more seasons. No one in their right mind would want to come play for this team and run these schemes. Our hole to dig out of is getting deeper and deeper.
At this point, I would rather have a coach that has shown he can coach (Jay Hill) even if that makes us somewhat mediocre. And I would rather play in a crappy conference where we have something to play for vs this situation now where everyone has quit.
