I have confidence he wouldn’t go straight buddy route unless
totally qualified. He’s a great combo of KW re discipline, Fire, prep & execution, yet much more personable & players are all-in w their confidence & team unity.
Idk if he’s interested in the gig, but many cbers dismissing & diminishing because he’s FCS is a mistake. I truly hope admin isn’t making the same mistake & worried about outward appearances of FCS hire.
The prestige & self perception higher & better than we truly are has led to many costly miscalculations the last 2 decades.
We’re all outta mulligans. I don’t see anyone better, who realistically we could hire w proven track record.if we wait until next hire & he’s already G5 or P5, it’s too late. I hope Tom is in/has been in touch & establishing a rapport w him.
