Was Montana good before either of those two coaches arrived? Or have they continued to be good since? Isn't Montana considered a top FCS program?
Trajectory matters. It's one thing to maintain success, another to build success from something less. Bronco has shown he can build up Virginia from nothing. Jay Hill has shown he can build up Weber State from nothing. Kalani has shown he can't even maintain a healthy program.
