The recruiting sites like 247 sports are basically rumor mills..
There is no 100% accurate information site on recruiting/offers/commitments/decommitments.
247sports gets the majority of its information from social media posts. The vast majority of star rankings are made guesses (ish). Some kids just get stars by their offers. Some get them from actual evaluations. Some never get star rated, yet have D1 offers.
