Respectfully disagree
We just need to get the snowball moving in our direction. The way to do this is do have a great QB (which BYU can still recruit) and superior experience management. Experience is the second most valuable commodity — after talent — for a team to possess.

If doesn't matter if Utah or any other team has 70 P5 quality players on the roster. Only 11 can play at a time. If BYU has 35 P5 players spread across all the positions BYU can play with the best teams. That is especially true if they are mostly juniors and seniors.

Remember BYU used to dominate Utah, but Utah turned around their program BEFORE they joined the PAC12. They started winning and then the recruits came.
