Dayan was into his commitment pretty far when he found out. He ended up looking around most schools had all their schollies committed.  Super glad it worked out, but don't think he'd ever have been at BYU if he'd known earlier. 

It honestly makes me wonder if schools can/offer it but prefer not to based on success rate or that it's just not common practice. I would think a lot of kids would prefer to go this route if it was offered, but who knows
