If you are young and only weighing the risk of death from COVID versus
the risks associated with the getting the vaccine, many experts would tell you that the anyone under the age of 18 is taking a higher risk with the vaccine. Now this math can change with new variant's of COVID. Also, this risk assessment doesn't take into account the risk of you spreading COVID to others by not getting the vaccine. But from a purely personal health perspective the numbers suggest the vaccine is a bigger risk than the virus for anyone under 18.
