is it the virus affecting you or the reactions to the virus affecting you
"Every unvaccinated person who goes to the ICU (every ICU patient in my area) increases nurse loads,"

-Vaccine is no guarantee against ICU I would bet there are comorbidities that would have a higher correlation than simply vaccinated vs unvaccinated

"overload, burnout, dissatisfaction, and leads to staffing shortages. This diminishes capacity to care for other patients appropriately."

Burnout is likely due to elective surgeries being canceled now hospitals were laying off their workforce to offset reduced income so burnout may not be from treating covid persay but treating covid patients with reduced staff.. the blame here is not covid but the reaction to covid

"If you want healthcare to set up tents outside the hospital with tea and cru(m)pets for the unvaccinated where they don’t get cared for so our system can manage other healthcare needs appropriately and let nature take its course on the misinformed, I’ll listen."

How quickly you seek to relegate those you don't like to gulags or concentration camps you said it now own it. your ideology is dangerous you may polish it with tea and crumpets but your disdain for people that don't think like you is the path to an ugly future... this is not a black and white issue
