It has FDA emergency use approval with full approval coming this fall. That’s a pretty high standard already, though I doubt you’ve actually investigated what each level entails.

Beyond that, it’s ironic that folks who usually deride burdensome and unnecessary regulations (myself!) suddenly cling to them when it first their narrative here.
