This is exactly correct. Utah homeowners

are going to start feeling the financial pinch that led California voters to vote for Prop 13. As housing prices rise in Utah, those with stagnant or fixed incomes, especially retirees, are going to face the difficulty of spending more of their income on rising tax burdens, while spending less on necessities. That will change opinions quickly.
