realtor & lender, yes. I don't believe the actual buyer gets a pass here either.
At the end of the day, I'm glad you got a nice property for your family.
As a bonus to help you feel better about the higher property taxes you are going to be paying, just relish this thought - some, most, or likely, all of those property taxes you pay will be nondeductible on your federal income taxes each year!
