create super teams, those kind of kids are getting starters minutes playing time at every school. The playing time argument would take away depth from a super team and make another school better since the kid transferring for PT probably wouldn't start on a super team but would likely start at "normal" high schools.

I know kids are transferring, moving, etc for every reason you can think of, winning, coaching, exposure, play with club friends, academics, bullying, parent coaching, playing time, etc. Just overall fit.

But it's definitely not a Utah county thing, it's a United States thing at every level. It's a thing in youth sports, high school, and college in every state in the country. Look at the college transfer portal, just a complete mess.
