Jaxson Dart would have had offers regardless if he stayed at Roy or not. That being said playing on ESPN for CC helped a lot, he had USC come knocking.

Offers can come regardless, but playing high profile helps a lot.

To your point, position, sport, surrounding cast can impact you a lot.
