you're simply being too broad with your strokes. There's lots of different
reasons kids go to schools outside of their home area. it's not ALL about the "superteams" just as getting PT isn't only any other reason.

There's plenty of kids that want to be in the best program. These programs are good programs with good systems and good coaches and they are successful.

Some kids are just trying to escape BAD programs. Bad on every level.

Some want to play more (some kids actually transfer FROM these superteams). If you're a sophomore QB at Corner Canyon, right now, you gotta seriously think about transferring. Alta's QB lives in CC boundaries. He was NOT going to play there above Dart or Brown. He's now got a USU scholarship. You wanna tell that kid it was better to sit the bench at CC then to get himself a scholarship to play D1 football? I'm not gonna do that.
