Constructive criticism can be accomplished without injecting
personality, degradation, inflammatory, or any other man of negativity.
For example: Our defense is horrible this year. The removal of Bronco from significant involvement in day to day practices, the relative inexperience of the DC, the lack of experience of the players, and the injuries are reasons for the demise. Addressing these issue can, hopefully improve the outcome in games.
For many they state the above this way. Bronco is an ego maniac and is blinded by his bromance with players and coaches who show grit. So stupid to promote a DC who ...... any idiot with real college playing experience could do a better job coaching these guys. .....
