If you think it's so easy to beat stock market returns with median homes

Why don't you go raise a billion dollar investment fund and go do it?

There's trillions of investment dollars out there that would love to match, let alone beat, stock market returns, while getting the diversification of being in an asset class other than stocks.

The success of that fund would make you reach beyond your wildest dreams. Why don't you do it?
