mattress?

I swear if I wrote that putting it in the stock market was a better choice, people would start replying about their grandma that put cash under the mattress, and their aunt stole the money to buy lottery tickets, and she won 1,000x her money in the lottery, so clearly putting the cash under a mattress is better than investing it in the stock market.

Yeah, I guess for her it was, but on average, that's not true.
