I don't even care if you've experienced 1000% returns, that doesn't mean that the average RE investor should count on the same return profile (IRR). You can continue to argue this fact but it doesn't make it any more true.

You are one single data point. Extrapolating your returns as the overall return profile for RE is the definition of financially illiteracy.
