I agree that everyone shouldn't expect to be able to do what I was able to do.

It doesn't change the fact that I did it and continue to do it. I'm sorry many of you have missed out on the same opportunities in real estate but glad that many of you have taken that same path. This thread has just gotten silly and I don't need to defend my reasons for investing in real estate or the success I have had.
