My post was about the MEDIAN property - what one can do with just your average run of the mill property - what you can do at scale - what you could do with a billion dollars.

And everyone is trying to refute my argument by talking about what you can do with a small handful of properties.

But my post had NOTHING to do with what you can do with a small handful of properties - NOTHING!

Anyone is welcome to comment in any way they wish, but if their comment doesn't apply to what could be done with a billion dollar investment fund, then it is completely unrelated to the original post.

And you're right, virtually every comment on here had nothing to do with the original post.
