It's not a real degree. There are those that do fine with a humanities
degree, but I've yet to meet one with such a degree at any of my employers throughout my career.
That said, people should study whatever interests them and to each their own. A Humanities degree didn't interest me, but who am I to say it's not worthwhile to someone else.
