There are very few home duties that are exclusively hers.
Of course, the way it works is that she still does twice as much work around the house as I do because she's so much more efficient than I am. I call her "Girl on the run" as a little joke. She doesn't sit down. She rarely relaxes.

We use babysitters.

For about 7 years, my morning routine involved packing my younger kids into the car every morning and dropping them off at the daycare lady's house each morning. They went to school in her neighborhood.

Last year, our daycare lady moved on us and we were fortunate enough to find a woman in our ward who wanted to start daycare in her home. It's made it a lot easier. Our children can now go to school near our home and the drop-off/pick-up is a lot easier every day.

Of course, it's not free. We feel like we get a good deal at $1100/month.
She works from home on Friday and is going to start having the kids home with her that day.
I work from home on Wednesday and I"m going to start having the kids home with me on that day. I'm not sure how that is going to turn out, but I'll give it a shot.

My wife would quit and get a part time job, but the loss of income would leave a big hole. We're sort of stuck unless we want to be a lot more frugal.
