Nonjudgemental question..really
How does she manage it? When does she go to work and when does she come home and is anyone with the kids from when school gets out at 2 until 5 or 6? Are they home alone or do they have after school care?
Big issue in my house is my wife barely trusts me to take care of the kids, much less a 3rd person. And I hate to leave them home alone for every afternoon, even if they are old enought to handle it.
