I believe you're right. In our ward there are about a dozen working moms
and about 50 stay at home moms. Nearly all RS activities are during the day. Primary and Youth activities are scheduled with the assumption that mom is at home and can drive their kids in the middle of the day. For a while my wife and I were taking vacation time just so our daughter could go to Activity Days, but we got tired of it and stopped taking her. The leaders were nice enough to offer to pick her up from and drop her off at daycare. It's very nice of them, but it still seems odd to me that an activity is regularly scheduled in the middle of the day.

Besides that, working moms are regularly made to feel guilty for not staying at home. Very frustrating.
