Argument ad absurdum
You take this argument to an extreme. I don't think BM should be fired, but I also don't think he is beyond question. His apologists attack his critics instead of defending him, just as you have done. When you do that, you appear defensive as if you know the critics are right, and your only defense is to take them down.
