Is that how you make decisions in your personal life too?
Well, I don't like my job so I am going to quit it today even though I have nothing lined up and no way to provide for my family but you know what; I don't like my job and I am not going to work it anymore.
Like it or not but Bronco is the best option we got. He is building a solid foundation of success that maybe another coach someday can build off of. Will Bronco win a National Championship, my guess, probably not. But, after another 3 - 5 years of solid seasons a new coach may come around who is ready to take over and Bronco can ride off into the sunset to Hawaii.
Too many fans are so impatient and want to win now... But the BEST programs in the country can't seem to hire good coaches so why should we get rid of a Good Coach to flounder and destroy a solid foundation that has been established? In other words, why quit your job until you have something better lined up.
