Rose has had 3 yrs of a downward trend. We'll see what this season brings, but I'm not all that hopeful given the losses and additions.
Carlino could shoot us both into and out of a game, but he was by far the best ball handler on the team. KC does surprisingly well, given his awkward dribble, but we struggled last year after that. Poor ball handling makes us susceptible to being pressed.
Austin will give us all he's got, and I fully appreciate that, but he's bench level talent. He becomes a major liability on offense when he absolutely refuses to even think about putting the ball in the basket, and he can be pushed around on defense.
Outside of Haws and KC, I'm struggling to see where the points will come from. Maybe Aytes becomes that 3rd option, but that'd be counting chickens before they've hatched. A lack of at least a 3rd scoring option whenever Carlino was off and Mika in foul trouble is what really doomed the team last season. Again, we'll see, but I don't think this is the season we finally win another game in the round of 64.
