Fair point. Remember the energy that Crowton brought with him? It got us an IPF
and SAC. For that alone, we owe Crowton a huge debt of gratitude. But otherwise, new energy can quickly fade and who knows what is left then.
Any coaching change always is inherently risky. Just realize the chances of getting a coach who will consistently have a team record better than 65-70% is less than 100%. As long as we accept that as a very likely possibility and even most probable that any replacement coach will not be significantly better than that, then change away, keeping fingers, arms, eyes, legs and toes crossed.
