So if I lose my companies biggest customer - but am really sorry about it
I should not lose my job? Actions have consequences. To me, complaining about this is one of the bigger signs of the "everyone gets a trophy" mentality. Instead of owning up to your actions you are suggesting that The Church/BYU is somehow at fault.
