No not really that many issues.
If I felt the desire, I'm sure I could find all kinds of little nit picky things that other employers use as grounds for losing a job.
And yes, if daily coffee drinking without any desire to quit, forces you to lose a recommend, the Church could certainly feel that person is not worth keeping on staff. I consider that serious transgression since it goes beyond the actual drinking of coffee, but blatant disregard for commandments.
