Standards are fine. But if a guy loses his job because
He loses his temple recommend as he's going through the repentance process then that is asinine and only promotes lying and hiding in your problems.
If you get caught before you go to repent,like if someone showed up to work intoxicated then that's one thing.
The honor code needs a serious, thorough, and complete overhaul. Hi we're the honor code and we enforce things that you don't have to do to hold a temple recommend.
