I'm curious how you track attendance in your YSA ward

Do you have your executive secretary take attendance (marking a roll) during the meeting? Do you assign different quorums/auxiliaries to pay attention to who in their organization is there and who isn't?

It seems like it wouldn't be hard for some to slip through the cracks, especially if they wanted to, so I'm interested to hear how you keep that from happening.
