At the same time, you're asking the students to take on the whole financial burden, even though they have been asked to

...move home. Does it make sense to have the students shoulder the full cost? 777 says the students can still live there, which, although true, is both foolhardy for ALL to do, and not remotely the reason they took the contracts.

This is a huge financial burden for a lot of people, and I'd hope the landlords would share that burden as BYU requested rather than making students eat the whole thing.
