Do the contracts run through May or August?

BYU's apartment situation is really goofy. Not just that you have to live in BYU-approved housing, but I've never heard of anywhere else with 6-person apartments on BYU's scale (and accompanying low pricing).

I don't see why the landlords should entirely eat these costs. They agreed to provide housing and are doing so. Buyouts might make financial sense though.
