I think tons of contracts go through summer. But if it’s just April, $300 isn’t
enough to fuss over with a petition and stuff. They can use their stimulus money to cover it.

Landlords have mortgages, sometimes huge mortgages, that they have taken out to provide that housing. Hence contracts.
