Which is difficult for some to grasp.

For example: Does Delta “have to” allow free changes to tickets during this pandemic? No, but they are.

To the housing point, BYU does artificially limit housing supply. Arguing otherwise is just pretending the fact that BYU approved housing doesn’t exist.
