OPINIONS I just love BYU so much.

I’m gonna guess it’s not just about asking for the reason behind deadlines, but because the other managers…

… Simply put in more hours and were more willing to put their work balance above their life balance.

If that’s the criteria for getting the bonus, then it sounds like you need to make up your mind to do what the other managers are doing or be ok not getting a bonus every year.
