It's unfortunate sometimes, but some bonuses are for going above and beyond. It

looks like your priorities are spending time with family instead of working 50+, so you're not going above and beyond. I personally think your priorities are right and you + your family will value the time you spend together more than whatever money the extra 2 hours a day at work on salary would bring.
