I hate it when subordinates question me. Just do what I say. You make my life

So much more difficult when I have to take the time to explain everything to you. You don’t need to know the why. You can either do it or you can’t. Just be honest and let me know if you can’t meet the deadline. If you tell me up front you will struggle, I’ll then reassess. Either give more resources (labor) or extend the deadline
