I wouldn't want to work for you
I have had jobs where the bosses/managers just expected me to be a YES-man all the time. No way. I have a college degree and I feel like I should be able to express opinions using my expertise and experience, especially when I see potential problems. Bosses and managers do not know everything and if they are too prideful to be questions or presented with differing opinions, then I don't like working for them.
If my opinion isn't valued, then why I am I there?
I am not a grunt worker.
I had a job once where I was sent to another state to work onsite for a client. The client there was being extremely unreasonable and demanding extra baloney that was never part of the deal.
My company wanted me to comform to all of it to make the client happy. But I knew better. I was there and I knew why the client was being this way. So I fought against it and my manager got pretty upset with me. Ultimately, I did all that they asked, but everything I predicted came true. Bottom line was that th client didn't even really want us there and was trying to make it miserable so we would leave.

I was completely proven right in everything and after a few months, I was face to face with my manager listening to her apologize profusely for not listening to me and allowing the client to act like that.
Let me just say that I didn't miss anything when I left that company soon after.
I tell all of my potential bosses during the interview process that I will speak up and if they just want me to be a YES man, then I am not the one they should hire.
I have done just fine.
