I don’t think a 50 hr work week is excessive if you are in a bonus eligible
position. It sounds like a 50+ hour week is not the norm, but needed on occasion.
It is certainly a business decision on your end if the extra work is not worth it, but if the norm is to do it and you don’t, it seems like no bonus is a logical consequence.
