thread Plato are the following.
Are you suggesting because CBers hammer ALUFS (or active LDS Ute fans) for not standing up to their faith, that CB would be as judgemental to Non-believing LDS Y fans?
The premise is CBers are being judgemental of fellow members because they are reigning in the malcontent Ute fans, or that these ALUFS we fondly have labeled are actually participating in jello shots from sacrament trays or mocking active LDS Y fans who display their religious views?
Frankly, as a former apostate myself who remained a BYU fan and now a believing active member once again, I still to this day wonder how a active practicing Ute fan stomachs the antics of some of the more ridiculous non-believing Ute fans wh mock everything they hold sacred. Liquor in sacrament cups, blow up dolls, slaps at polygamy, at church leaders, etc. It's a little over the top at times. So calling these "active LDS" fans on their lack of response may actually be judgemental but the lack of response from most of these targeted fans in mind points out that they just don't want to rock the boat and are afraid to confront the idiots in their ranks.
To be fair though, there are some pretty lame BYU fans that I'm sure we don't pin to the wall on our side. I'd like to see some of those more self righteous members questioned by the "normal" BYU fans either at games or in the ward lobby when they act obtuse or over the top as well. Frankly CB's majority will often go after posters that display the self righteous tendencies that sometimes surface.
So your post pardon the expression is a little self righteous in it's own right and that's why you are getting so many negative responses.
