at all. People are fallible and will make mistakes. That doesn't change what you can control and what you have to do.
Not looking to make excuses for BYU, I actually hate situations like you stated in the original post. I wish the school would change a lot of things that they do. But being in charge is rough, and making the right decision is rarely the easy choice. Again, not making excuses, just trying to look at things from all different angles.
