I get that they have 1 full time guy on staff
They also have a full coaching staff that recruits. Our net is much smaller because of honor code and academics so we have far fewer prospects than most schools on top of recruiting sites being far better at doing a lot of early identification of d1 talent
Could somebody with a boy whose gone through the process educate me exactly how we are getting outworked. Is it the coaches at the other schools. Is It in identifying the talent. It would be interesting to hear some of the examples
