I don’t think it’s that generous
In my area the league had enough girls to form two high school teams for the school they represented. Not sure about the other areas but I think each high school has a team.
And seems to me the districts are in violation of Title IX so why not sue? Lacrosse was adding Boys and Girls so they didn’t have anything to sue about.

I remember when girls soccer wasn't sanctioned by the UHSAA. Then they followed the rules, and built ground up.
