when the press says she's "dominating her all-boys football league"
The media (and her dad) made it sound like she was playing against the top players and teams. To put it nicely.. she was playing against the worst of the worst. The 600+ kids in Herriman knew exactly what team she was on... and who she was 'dominating'.
The more media she got.. and the more they made it sound like she was 'the best' it didn't win her any awards with kids (boys) in the area.

I remember when girls soccer wasn't sanctioned by the UHSAA. Then they followed the rules, and built ground up.
