I’d agree if the UHSAA had a set of rules they followed.
But they recently randomly sanctioned girls wrestling. Before the lawsuit there wasn’t any set of clear guidelines on what the process to becoming a sanctioned sport was. If I am correct there still isn’t a set in stone way to become a sanctioned sport.
And none of this includes the fact because the districts are not compliant with Title IX they likely will need to add sports anyway.

I remember when girls soccer wasn't sanctioned by the UHSAA. Then they followed the rules, and built ground up.
