I read in another article summary judgment already decided a and b.
The districts don’t offer the same amount of opportunities and don’t have a history of closing the gap.
Now the trial is about if the school districts meet the interests of girls and the gap is because the rest don’t want to play sports. Will be interesting to see what comes from it.

I remember when girls soccer wasn't sanctioned by the UHSAA. Then they followed the rules, and built ground up.
