Drill and Volleyball are already sanctioned.
Cheerleading will never be because of, well there is a lot of issues such as insurance and finding qualified coaches, but they don’t want to be sanctioned. Even with all that there is a huge gap in opportunities and it mostly is a result of football. I mean the size of the teams are massive.
The area in question has an existing league that is growing. More girls play football in that area than any other non-sanctioned sport. Seems pretty straight forward to me.

I remember when girls soccer wasn't sanctioned by the UHSAA. Then they followed the rules, and built ground up.
